Data Management: Manage and optimize data storage, retrieval, and processing to ensure efficient and secure handling of patient health data. Integration: Collaborate with front-end engineers to integrate user-facing features with back-end services, ensuring seamless user experiences. Security: Implement and maintain stringent security protocols and compliance standards to protect patient data and ensure HIPAA compliance. Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks, optimize code, and ensure the platform can handle high traffic loads. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure the reliability and stability of the back-end systems. Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Set up monitoring tools and practices to proactively identify and resolve issues, minimizing downtime and disruptions. Scalability: Plan and implement strategies for horizontal and vertical scaling to accommodate the growing user base and increasing demand. Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
