SAP GRC Lead Oakland, CA, United States (Remote) 12+ month contract Job Description: Responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation and maintenance of SAP GRC solutions within the organization. Primary focus will be on ensuring regulatory compliance, risk management, and security across SAP systems. Lead a team of GRC specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective GRC operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and optimize GRC processes, controls, and workflows. Assess and address potential risks and vulnerabilities, devising strategies to mitigate them. Coordinating GRC audits, assisting with remediation efforts, and staying up-to-date with industry best practices and SAP GRC updates. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of GRC specialists to ensure effective GRC operations. Collaborate with various stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize SAP GRC solutions. Oversee the monitoring and evaluation of GRC controls, identifying areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and security standards. Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.- Coordinate GRC audits, liaising with internal and external auditors as required. Provide training and support to end-users to promote GRC awareness and best practices. Stay informed about the latest SAP GRC developments and industry trends Participate in the development and maintenance of GRC documentation and reporting.
