Work with business, sales, and technology teams to help define our product vision and bring it to life. Successful PMs must be passionate about their role and driven to make a difference. Need to take deep knowledge of product, client needs, and the industry. Skills & Experience Between 8 to 10 years of overall experience in business analysis A technical person who has at least 8 to 10 yrs of Dev and architect experience and moved on to a business role. Strong in strong in either .Net or Java Must have knowledge of Design Patterns Very Strong in Architectural Patterns Strong Cloud Skils in AWS or Azure Cloud ; Cloud Native skills Very Strong communication skills A proven ability to develop detailed user requirements, using different methodologies to gather inputs from a varied user community Experience with Agile and SCRUM approach to software development Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. Ability to present to and convince C-level executives and customers. Analytical skills to research, summarize, and organize user business requirements Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships Experience with JIRA or similar tools Strong knowledge of Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Occasional travel to on-site meetings, conferences, client events, etc. Experience in Product Management, Business Analysis or Product Development preferred Experience with SaaS delivery platforms preferred Responsibilities: Directly interact with internal and external customers to identify, understand, and validate problem opportunities Research and work with internal and external users to understand needs and motivations, translating them into appropriately detailed product requirements. Work with customers and potential customers to gather feedback on how to improve and extend our solutions Use industry knowledge and analysis to identify innovative features not necessarily identified by our users Collaborate with a strong development team to help facilitate rapid development according to accepted plans and requirements Conduct interviews with stakeholders to help support product roadmap development Work with other Product Directors and Managers to identify and prioritize cross-team dependencies Work with technology, data, and solution providers in support of product development Support quality assurance and user acceptance testing Support Development Team with identification, validation, and resolution of bugs Conduct market needs evaluation, product research, and competitive analysis in depth.
