Type: Contract Skills Required: Adobe Campaign Standard (ACS), Ticket Support Mindset, Strong in SQL, UAT support, Customer Communication, Ownership of the work. Roles: Executes day to day production tasks (campaign set up, launch, tracking & optimization). Completes QA and all production procedures accurately. Assists with running campaign calendar, trafficking assets, screenshots, billing, and related pre/post-launch processes. Pre-launch builds along with Domain blocking, Campaign builds and audits. Analyzes performance metrics and proactively optimizes campaigns to increase performance. Identifies trends in data to drive optimization strategies. Chip into company initiatives, processes, and rollouts Business Reporting Responsibilities: Responsible for Incident management workflow Responsible for communication with stakeholders on metrices Perform trend analysis, RCA and present findings. Responsible for Ticket creation, triaging, assignment, mitigation as applicable Ownership of LSI process and associated communication Work on Knowledge repository (which includes creating TSGs, documentation of learnings), automation, reports and dashboards. Adherence to SLAs defined for Platform Operations group. Publish monthly/quarterly incident metrics. Working with upstream teams to identify, document dependencies. Apply fixes and platform enhancements as identified by the team.
