This engineering role will engage in the delivery of API gateway solutions necessary for the API Platform and Product Roadmap, including migrating APIs from legacy DataPower instances to APIGEE. Knowledge on Apigee gateway, API connector and knowledge on IBM Data power components implementation Capable of understanding n/w components e.g., Firewalls, Internet proxies, Load Balancers etc. Experience in n/w infrastructure Knowledge of digital signatures and encryption/decryption, Well versed with XSLT/JavaScript Must have worked with Web Service Proxies, Multi-protocol Gateways, XML Firewall Proxies. Capable of troubleshooting DataPower services. Good understanding of Web Services and Restful services. Should be able to translate business requirements into technical requirements. Design solutions based on technical specifications. The API Gateway requires subject matter expertise in the Apigee product, which is a niche solution from Google. Support Hybrid deployment model using Apigee Configuring APIs and API Proxies.
