As a Salesforce Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the technical aspects of our Salesforce implementation and customization projects. Your expertise will be crucial in driving the successful design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions that meet our business needs. Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Lead a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, providing guidance, mentoring, and technical expertise. Define technical standards, best practices, and coding guidelines to ensure high-quality development and customization work. Solution Design and Architecture: Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. Design scalable and sustainable technical architectures that align with the organization's long-term goals. Development and Customization: Hands-on development and configuration of complex Salesforce functionalities, including custom objects, workflows, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and integrations. Ensure the team follows development best practices and maintains clean and efficient code. Project Management: Plan and prioritize project tasks, ensuring timely delivery of solutions and meeting project milestones. Provide accurate time and effort estimates for development tasks and track progress. Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, technical diagrams, and system documentation. Quality Assurance and Testing: Perform thorough testing of developed functionalities to ensure they meet business requirements and are free of defects. Coordinate with quality assurance teams to conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends to drive innovation and process improvement. Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and enhancement of existing Salesforce implementations. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other technical teams, to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce solutions with other systems. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred). Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II, and Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (desired). Proven experience (X+ years) working as a Salesforce developer with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and components. Experience in leading and managing technical teams in Salesforce development projects. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, SOQL, SOSL, and other relevant Salesforce technologies. Strong understanding of integration patterns and experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design innovative solutions to complex business challenges. Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Project management skills to effectively plan, prioritize, and execute tasks within deadlines. Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
