Collaborate with UX designers to ensure that web applications are user-friendly and meet the needs of end-users. Use scenario-based design patterns to develop reusable Angular libraries that can be used across multiple applications. Ensure that the front-end and back-end teams are in constant communication and actively collaborate to ensure that data is properly integrated into the application. Follow Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage the software development lifecycle (SDLC) from requirement analysis to implementation and maintenance. Use Jasmine and/or Karma testing frameworks to ensure that web applications are tested thoroughly and meet quality standards. Use version control tools like GitHub (GIT), TFS, etc. to manage source code and ensure that changes are properly tracked. Provide technical guidance and assist with code reviews to ensure that high-quality software is delivered. Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure that the team is cohesive and productive. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 13+ years of experience in front-end development, with a deep understanding of Angular and related technologies. Experience with all phases of SDLC like Requirement Analysis, Implementation and Maintenance, and extensive experience with Agile and SCRUM. Experience with front-end development with back-end system integration. UX Design experience. Experience in using Jasmine and/or Karma testing frameworks. Experience in working on version controller tools like GitHub (GIT), TFS, etc. Excellent communication and Inter-Personal Skills, well organized, goal oriented. Able to put themselves in the shoes of the end-users to ensure that web applications are user-friendly and meet their needs. Not afraid to ask questions and genuinely interested in not only WHAT they are building but WHY they are building it. Experience working with airline industry or within crew management/scheduling is a plus.
