The team needs the role filled asap. MUST HAVE: Azure DevOps (ADO) SAFe experience Azure Cloud Services change management (organizational change) experience. (they need the change management because devsecops is new across the organization so they want to find people who are comfortable in getting buy in from other people like an evangelist. They need a scrum master who has experience in the devseocps space and the tool they use is azure cloud services. Job Description: Demonstrate strong organizational, presentation and communication skills Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables Define project tasks and resource requirements Develop full scale project plans Establish and coordinate project teams Plan and schedule project timelines Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning Efficiently identify project issues and develop issue resolution action plans Track project deliverables using appropriate tools and adhering to project methodology Direct and oversee project team and manage conflicts within group Provide guidance and direction to external vendors as applicable Ensure quality assurance Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders Develop and present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project goals In Agile Environments: Guide and coach the team on how to use Agile framework Remove impediments that inhibit the team's productivity and that may sometimes involve coordinating with people outside the team to seek assistance on work items. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure that they are comprehended and followed: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint review and Sprint Retrospective Act as a Servant Leader: Maintain productivity and function of the team. Manage the Scrum Board Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration. Act as Change Agent: Understand the need for change helping the team implement changes effectively. Ensure deliverables meet the quality standards at the end of each sprint.
