Min 8+ Years Experience Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement complex integration solutions using IBM Integration Bus to ensure smooth and efficient data flow across various applications and systems. Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for integration solutions. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to integration processes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Conduct comprehensive testing and debugging of integration solutions to guarantee high levels of performance, reliability, and scalability. Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, implementation plans, and system configurations, to ensure effective knowledge transfer and project continuity. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in integration technologies, recommending innovative solutions to enhance system performance and efficiency. Provide technical support and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using IBM Integration Bus, with a strong understanding of ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) concepts and principles. In-depth knowledge of IBM Integration Bus components, including message flow development, configuration, and deployment in complex enterprise environments. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar languages, with a solid understanding of API integration and development. Familiarity with various integration patterns, protocols, and data formats, including REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Relevant certifications in IBM Integration Bus or related technologies would be advantageous.
