QA Analyst with IVR testing Finance Domain Experience 12+Month Contract Alpharetta, GA (Onsite 3 days/Week) Pay up to $50 Hourly. Job Description/ Responsibilities 8+ years of QA with IVR testing + Cyara automation Lead Automation engineer with hands-on experience in the voice channel leveraging CYARA automation testing tool Experience in IVR CYARA tool sets - Velocity, CYARA Virtual Agent, CYARA Cruncher, etc Extensive testing background in leading contact center applications and performance testing leveraging the automation tools and frameworks Experience in portal testing for IVR applications on platforms such as Genesys and Avyaya Able to adopt a continuous testing approach and add efficiency to the way teams work, speed to adopting innovations, and quality Experience in planning, defining test strategy/test cases, provide QA estimates, and provide test management and test reporting throughout the Testing cycle Able to apply the IVR testing best practices to evaluate usability, scenario simulation, flow testing, voice recognition testing, compliance with industry standards , etc Good to have Prior working in the Financial Services Industry(Banking/retirement/investment/Trading/Payments) Roles & Responsibilities Creation and execution of complex automated test scripts for testing business critical automation scripts using tools such as Java based Framework Java Selenium TestNG Gradle and Jenkins. Need to possess Java development experience and have contributed towards the Framework creation/customization based on the requirements Test planning and Estimation of projects using TCP Estimation Methodology. Maintaining all project requirements and execution details on Test Management Tool JIRA. Reviewing Test Cases Performing root cause analysis (RCA) for the production defects. Perform failure analysis for mobile automation scripts analyze and identify test cases feasible for automation. Sharing the Daily Status Report with project stakeholders and providing Go/No-Go decisions for production releases.
