The SQA Engineer collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality software solutions. MUST HAVE: Product mindset (Preferably from a product background) Extensive Healthcare experience- previously tested health care products and understands the healthcare clinical aspects and concepts. Has experience in testing LLM / conversational AI based products. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases based on software requirements and design specifications. Execute tests to verify the functionality, performance, and security of software applications. Identify, document, and report defects using a bug tracking system, and work with development teams to resolve issues. Conduct regression testing to ensure that new features or changes do not negatively impact existing functionality. Collaborate with development teams to understand technical details and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality. Participate in requirement reviews and provide input to ensure that requirements are clear, complete, and testable. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process, including the adoption of new tools and techniques. Perform exploratory testing to uncover potential issues that may not be covered by formal test cases. Monitor and analyze test results, and provide timely and accurate status reports to stakeholders.
