Project Manager (Automotive) 12 Months Plano,TX (Day 1 Onsite) Support development of current and new business ideas focused on our electrified portfolio of vehicles and services; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate opportunities and prioritize based on enterprise or customer value. Support development of business cases to find revenue driving products surrounding our grid integration partnerships. Leveraging vehicle capabilities and current customer landscapes to bring products to market. Understand & support visualizations for vehicle dependencies from a planning perspective from a technical platform side as well as from a business strategist perspective. Track due diligence checklists and project management of integrations. Support creation of operational plans to launch products on time and within budget. Review and maintain current information on competitive companies' products, and industry trends, and conduct customer research assisting in the creation of strategic planning documents. Support business delivery of assigned projects on program backlog. Determine key data sets and information needed to scope projects to deliver the desired customer experience. Basic Expectations : Experienced in Agile, Waterfall and hybrid models of project management methodologies. Demonstrated work experience in product management, strategy, consulting, engineering, and operations. Can move the needle forward by gaining consensus, speak to outside vendors/contract discussions, and is polished presenter to divisions/regions outside of Client. A proactive, motivated individual who can self-manage and execute once given strategic direction. Experience conducting market research and validating customer needs. An entrepreneurial mindset, not afraid to ask questions, make decisions, or take on new assignments. Ability to manage a wide variety of projects across multiple brands, business units, and/or technology platforms. Specific Requirements: Advanced knowledge of MS XLS with ability to design charts and dashboards from XLS data Design & Implement workflow changes in JIRA. Design & Develop dashboards in JIRA. Support on shore Project & Program Managers with Schedule visualizations for client projects, in PMO workbooks Coordinate RAID log data collection for client projects, in PMO workbooks Ongoing maintenance of PMO templates, workbooks, confluence pages, JIRA projects and dashboards for data accuracy and relevancy Design and develop Master Launch Calendar visualizations. Ongoing maintenance of Master Launch calendar for data accuracy & relevancy Facilitate onshore meetings for collection and maintenance of PMO collateral.
