Three plus years of experience providing configuration and troubleshooting support of network systems. Required Experience with the following: Ability to work on Cisco L2 and L3 devices. Network security, analyzing security risks, and developing responses. Exposure with various protocols (e.g., BGP, EIGRP, HSRP, STP, SIP, MGCP). Working from the command line on a variety of network devices (including Linux-based systems). Experience troubleshooting network-related issues to resolution. (Removed VOIP) Understanding and practical experience with technologies like MPLS, SD-WAN,DMVPN, QoS. Ability to gather information and understand business needs while establishing and maintaining a high level of customer trust and confidence. Solid ability to work on Cisco L2 and L3 devices.
