Role: Automation Engineer (Salesforce Service Cloud) Location: Washington, DC Job: Onsite Job Immediate contract opportunity for a Salesforce Service Cloud Test Automation Professional! Our client is in the process of implementing a Conversational AI systems into their IVR environment; we are seeking a Automation Testing Professional who can provide automation efforts within their CRM, Salesforce Service Cloud. This position would be responsible for front-end and back-end testing for applications based on the Salesforce platform and API Testing. Responsibilities Include: - Conduct deep technical analysis/testing of release in plan to conduct validation and verification of entire application. - Participate in Business Requirements reviews and work with systems analysts/developers to fully test application changes. - Understand the functional specification and scope of releases to design robust testing harness to ensure the quality delivery - Write complex SQL queries for retrieval of required from multi-database environment. (Strong knowledge of Oracle database required). - The Senior Salesforce QA Engineer will apply expert systems analysis and design techniques to complex enterprise systems -They will have a broad knowledge of data sources/flow, interactions of complex systems, and capabilities/limitations of systems software and computer equipment - Work closely with the Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to understand product specifics and to create corresponding test strategies. - Execute manual testing on frontend (UI) and backend (API) systems. - Develop and maintain testing suites for a large-scale Salesforce environment. This position will require the candidate to be onsite, in Washington DC, 1x per week and will have to complete an onsite interview prior to selection. Required Skills Required: - 5+ years of relevant testing experience with strong background in Software QA with cloud technologies to include 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Testing. - 2+ years of experience in API testing is required - 3+ years of experience with automation testing, specifically within BDD/ Selenium - Experience using and sharing knowledge of Agile team collaboration and requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence) - Ability to write complex SQL queries - 4+ years of relational database experience including generating complex queries, setting up database connections, and automating query processing. - Excellent written and oral communication skills and problem-solving abilities. - Agile Framework Preferred: - Healthcare Insurance Experience: 837/835 EDI /XML files to generate a wide variety of valid claims - IVR/Conversational testing - Bachelor degree - Any Salesforce certification Keywords: quality analyst artificial intelligence user interface access management information technology http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=817225&uid= |
