RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor and analyze system performance and provide valid recommendations and suggestions to improve performance. Setup and deploy infrastructure monitoring as needed. Assist with the migration of applications to the Azure cloud. Identify manual processes and drives automation of repeatable tasks. Establish and deploy engineering processes and procedural standards for operation and documentation. Evaluate and recommend new technologies that improve Service Delivery operations and support the organization's business goals. Maintain a strong understanding of the organization's business needs and working closely with other departments to ensure that the Service Delivery department is aligned with those needs.
