Position : Outlook 365 Engineer Location: Charlotte, NC Onsite (Work From Office) Type of hire: Contract Job Description: Overall 8+ years in Microsoft technologies and 5+ years Strong experience in Technical Management of O365 Exchange Online Excellent knowledge of O365 Exchange Online and Mimecast administration. Experience in Azure Active Directory Synchronization processes. (joining machines, policy administrator, InTune Management) Accountable for Azure Active Directory Synch services, performing monitoring and support of that process and Conditional Access policies Excellent understanding of eDiscovery, EOP and ATP. Experience, Knowledge of cloud technologies, Azure Experience of using M365 Security and Compliance portal Strong knowledge of Office Applications: Outlook, OneNote, Excel, Word and PowerPoint and their integration points with SharePoint Online Supporting the provision of Power Platform environments, working closely with the application support team Escalating issues to vendors and managing tickets to resolution Maintain uptime by pro-active management and monitoring to ensure environment health, and minimise disruptions to mail-flow Ensure awareness of and support adoption of M365 roadmap and new tools and capabilities Assist with management of all M365 services (Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, Power-BI, Power Automate, Stream etc.). Strong knowledge of Power Scripting and other scripting languages Awareness of Power Platforms Excellent troubleshooting/problem solving skills. Experience of dealing with incident, problem and change management processes.
