Additionally experience in leading large teams , design solutions, create design documents Excellent communication skills has worked in an onsite offshore model and front ended discussions with the client skate holders and product vendor teams Has excellent team management capabilities Additional Requirements : Experience level around 10 plus years of experience (not on Viax, but overall IT projects experience).
