Position:Oracle DBA Location : Maryland (Full remote work) Duration:Long term Job Description: This role is responsible for administering all aspects of the Oracle database server hosting environment and GoldenGate Replication, as well as displaying ownership and technical proficiency in the following areas: Install, configure and administer Oracle servers, including the design, configuration and operation of n-node clusters, data recovery, and user/group/role definition OLTP, OLAP, Staging, and Datawarehouse configurations Install, Configure, troubleshoot and support GoldenGate Replication between different version of Oracle Database and across GoldenGate releases. Perform GoldenGate Upgrade/re-setup replication w/out any data loss. Work experience in EXADATA Strong fundamentals in all aspects of DBA responsibilities. Position Requirements BA/BS in a related technical field; or the equivalent in education and work experience Experience with Oracle 11g, 12c and Golden Gate 12.X Strong track record supporting complex GoldenGate Replication Setup across different release of Oracle Database and different release of GoldenGate Excellent communication skills, customer service and client management skills * Good communication and interpersonal skills.
