Domain experience with Credit, Employment and Utility exchanges and or in financial domain preferred. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process Excellent communication skills Experience Required 10+ Years Roles & Responsibilities Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. Own and assist with complete reverse engineering of Mainframe code for migration to the target technology Conducting meetings and presentations with the Mainframe SMEs to share ideas and findings. Performing requirements analysis. Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts. Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff. Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures. Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements. Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users. Managing competing resources and priorities. Prior experience in application analysis, testing & support Ability to successfully manage and prioritize assignments Mentor and support junior developers in their design and construction of solutions and provide leadership on various application development initiatives Support existing applications and projects by responding to incident, problems, and change requests Ability to drive big team size based out of different locations. Generic Managerial Skills Must possess a strong business acumen and high level of confidence Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbally and written) Must be self-directed, dependable and punctual in a fast-paced work environment A customer service oriented approach and an excellent, focused work ethic Education BE/B-Tech/ME/M-Tech/MSc/CA.
