As an OTM Architect, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining the Oracle Transportation Management system to optimize our transportation operations and ensure the smooth flow of goods through our supply chain. This position requires deep knowledge of OTM and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to improve logistics processes. Key Responsibilities: System Configuration: Configure and maintain the Oracle Transportation Management system, including setup, rules, and workflows to meet the company's transportation and logistics requirements. User Support: Provide end-user support, training, and troubleshooting for OTM-related issues. Address and resolve system-related problems and inquiries in a timely manner. Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to optimize transportation routes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency using OTM. Data Management: Manage and maintain transportation data, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data within the system. Integration: Integrate OTM with other systems and platforms to facilitate end-to-end supply chain visibility and collaboration. Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze reports from OTM data to evaluate transportation performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for optimization. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and standards within the transportation management system. System Upgrades: Stay updated on OTM software updates and new features. Plan and execute system upgrades as needed. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or Business) or equivalent work experience. Proven experience as an OTM Architect or in a similar role with deep knowledge of Oracle Transportation Management. Oracle OTM certifications are a plus. Strong understanding of transportation and logistics processes. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. Ability to adapt to changes and effectively manage projects.
