Title: Python/ React Technical Delivery Lead Location: Santa Clara, CA (Work from Office) Duration: Long Term Contract Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of software projects, ensuring that all project objectives are met within budget and timeline. Develop detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, including timelines, milestones, resources, risks, and deliverables. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delegating tasks as needed while maintaining overall responsibility for successful completion. Drive the architecture discussions and ensure the right architecture has been designed. Monitor project performance, analyze results and adjust strategies accordingly. Identify potential issues and develop solutions to ensure timely delivery of projects. Establish effective communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment between business requirements, goals, and technical requirements. Ensure the process has been followed throughout the project lifecycle. Work closely with engineers to ensure that features are implemented correctly and meet quality standards. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for each project including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation. Analyze data from tests & experiments to measure success and make recommendations for future improvements. Drive the initiative when and where it is required. Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure Applied Materials products remain mature. Provide guidance and mentorship to Juniors. Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities for improvements. Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Engage closely with Engineering teams to determine the best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable execution schedule. Synthesize and drive product strategy from interactions with customers, business stakeholders, Launch solutions that solve customer challenges.
