Responsibilities: Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and define scope Create documentation of requirements, user cases, process flows, data maps, wireframes etc. Manage Backlog and work with business teams to prioritize requirements. Develop understanding of existing data architecture and future roadmap Required Qualifications: Masters or bachelors degree in data analytics, Computer Engineering, Math, Statistics, Economics or related analytics field from top-tier universities with strong record of achievement 3+ years of experience with analytical skills and an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills Experience of creating Data Architecture, Entity Relationship Diagram, Data Mapping, STTM etc. Comfortable with writing complex SQL queries for data retrieval & transformation Good problem-solving skills, keen intellectual curiosity, strong attention to detail and sense of drive. Good to have knowledge of Palantir. Good to have certification of AWS Sage Maker Experience in the insurance domain is a must, specifically the reinsurance business. Reinsurance domain experience in applying facultative and treaty contracts as ceding company from placement side and as a reinsurer (finance/contract side) who will fulfil obligations concerning the risks it has agreed to cover, including premium collection, claims processing, and adherence to the terms defined in the contract.
