Position: SAP S/4 CRM Service Consultant Visa: or US Location: Remote (must be flexible with work hours because this resource will have to work 8 PM-9:30 PM CST) Duration: 4 months to start but will most likely extend up to 15 months This is for an S4 implementation project Requirements: 6-8 years of SAP Experience in SAP CRM Service. Proven track record in implementing service/repairs in SAP S/4HANA with special focus on designing in CRM Service for depot/in house repair ideally with experience in Greenfield projects. Hands-on functional experience in design, configure & customizing in: SAP CRM Master Data Technical Master Data SAP CRM Fiori apps HANA, Gateway OData services Integration with Fiori. Experience working on SAP technical understanding of BAPI/BADI and integrating with non SAP systems like salesforce, BOOMI. Experience in business process definition, requirements definition, solution architecture. Experience with writing Functional Specs for RICEFW Ability to independently on solution design for business requirements. Demonstrated experience in driving business workshops and facilitating productive dialogues to drive alignments with business team. Strong proficiency in conducting Fit Gap analysis and prototyping activities. Solid problem-solving skills, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to creatively design solutions to complex business challenges. Extensive understanding of repairs processes, master data objects, equipment records, serial number tracking, repair BOMs, stock movements, service parts management, replacement processes, industry standard business processes and best practices. Familiarity with integrating with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, FI, MM) and approach/best practice in integrating with other systems is a plus. An initiative-taking, results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes. SAP S/4HANA certification in the CS and CRM service area is highly desirable. Additional Information: Anticipating 8hrs per day, with flexibility of working hours. One flexibility we need is the resource is able to work in CST evening to cover HKT 9am 10:30am (2.hr) (i.e. CST 8pm 9:30pm). Majority of the time could be remote, but we need some flexibility on-site. The project is slated for 15 months with an initial 4-month commitment to ensure the resource has the required expertise and meets expectations.
