Establish project schedules, determining critical paths, and monitoring procurement and delivery timelines. Collaborate closely with MEP teams and other PMs, both internally and externally. Supervise the budget for the IT stream, ensuring alignment with overall project budget. Determine requirements for IT equipment space designs, including detailed specifications for racks, cabling, and ports. Collaborate with design and project management teams to review and finalize premises layouts, including furniture, electrical, and security systems. Work alongside internal teams like network, security, A/V, and telecom to consolidate design requirements. Draft CAD drawings for cabling routes, equipment rooms, and more Assess received proposals, adjusting and liaising as needed for accurate comparisons. Lead negotiations on contractor/vendor contracts, ensuring favorable terms and timelines. Oversee the procurement and setup of various IT lines, including LAN, WAN, PBX, and more Work closely with clients on the acquisition and setup of networks, desktop IT, A/V systems, and infrastructure Facilitate the implementation of security measures like door access controls and camera systems Collaborate on the relocation and setup of desktop systems Engage with vendors to ensure the proper establishment of IT-related furniture, power systems, and security measures Lead the strategy and execution of office system relocations Supervise cable patching and migration services Ensure seamless reconnection of all IT systems post-relocation Execute comprehensive testing of IT systems, documenting results and addressing connectivity issues What We Need: Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure PM, particularly in trading office relocations. Strong expertise in cabling infrastructure, networking, and A/V systems Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of CAD and other relevant software.
