Network Engineer will participate with the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all network hardware, software, and communication links. This individual will also analyze and resolve network hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion.They have a Cisco wireless infrastructure. They need someone to do project work and support an internal team member - implementing new Aps as part of a refresh project and troubleshooting. Need to assess space, make recommendations for fixing wireless. Key skills: Basic understanding of Cisco networking Familiar with edge switching (Cisco). Be able to login, look at interfaces for errors, determine VLAN assignments, basic troubleshooting. Familiar with the basics of wireless networking.
