Report status and risks on a weekly basis to stakeholders. Collaborate with agency business leaders to develop and maintain ongoing release schedules. Define project objectives and strategize with key business stakeholders. Coordinate and orchestrate multiple project activities for adherence to project plan and goals. Deliver results against established timelines, deliverables, tasks, dependencies, and associated technical specifications. Collaborate with other Project Managers in developing detailed plans, work breakdown structures, project checklists and budgets to meet established time frames, funding, and staffing availability. Prepare comprehensive supporting plans in the areas of quality control, risk management, change management, testing, and other associated project management areas. Manage overall process to include monitoring project scope and change control processes. Perform work in keeping with industry recognized standards, guidelines, and practices. Prepare remediation plans and communicate with external stakeholders and internal partners to resolve issues. Develop and maintain detailed reports that effectively monitor the status of the project. Adhere to established Commonwealth policy and procedures with respect to project management methodology, quality assurance, and other related standards. Preferred Qualifications Proven experience managing the migration and deployment of large scale enterprise wide IT Systems and Applications to AWS public cloud and Gov Cloud Experience working with multiple simultaneous projects/applications at various stages with competing priorities and shifting timelines A good understanding and proven work experience with various SDLC methodologies Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or similar accreditation highly desirable Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, management, end users, project team members, and vendors Strong cross functional leadership experience in a matrix environment Ability to translate and communicate technical concepts, information, plans, and procedures to both technical personnel and non-IT business users Knowledge and demonstrated ability to conduct detailed planning, and to perform risk assessments and develop associated risk mitigation plans Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills with an ability to elicit results from cross-functional teams Expertise in conducting efficient and effective meetings. * Proven exceptional project management experience across multiple timelines simultaneously. Solid working understanding of Health Care Security standards and Regulatory requirements EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum (8) eight years of experience in a project manager role, managing projects from conceptualization through delivery on time and on budget with full accountability and financial responsibility.
