A couple days a year at most Job Description: Db2 luw (Linux/Unix/windows) admin DB2 luw performance tuning and monitoring Postgres SQL admin Postgres SQL performance tuning and monitoring Logical database design for relational databases This position contributes to the overall mission and goals by providing leadership and design capability around database design and administration. Design, install, monitor, maintain, and performance tune production databases while ensuring high levels of data availability. Developing, implementing, and overseeing database policies and procedures to ensure the integrity and availability of databases and their accompanying software. Excellent communication/customer service skills, strong analytical skills, strong documentation/written communication skills, prioritize and multi-tasking and ability to work well in a collaborative teaming environment.
