If they are only competent in SCCM and not fresh and a high performer in Active Directory Group Policy, they need not apply. We ask very technical questions in regard to Group Policy in the interviews. Win11 Engineer REQUIREMENTS Has led the technical SCCM, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Scripting components of 2+ implementations of Windows including Win10 and preferably Win11 for over 5000 devices. 5+ years of experience building and testing group policy environments including building out the GP environment for Windows upgrade and implementation. Subject matter expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Manager with SCCM and/or Intune Large scale enterprise Exchange Online and Hybrid deployments Built out from base 2+ images for PXE, in place (onsite and remote) and net new deployments. Experience in successfully planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing Modern Work solutions.
