Position: QA manager Location: Ohama, NE (Onsite) Duration: 12+ Month Required Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field Minimum of 5 years total experience in the software development industry, 8 years preferred Minimum 4 years' people leader experience to include responsibility for teams of 5 or more employee and contractors, business analysts/software engineers/test engineers Excellent leadership skills to coach and mentor teams with varying levels of experience Strong written and verbal communications skills, with a focus on organizational development and building rapport Ability to influence and work effectively with other departments and external vendors. Deep understanding of unit/system/integration testing, pipelines and DevOps practices Experience with the following tools: SAP, Tosca, ADO, Microsoft Power Platform.
