Role : SQL DEVELOPER Client : State of Michigan Location : Local or Near Landing, MI Required) (hybrid) Duration : 6+ Months Rate : $45/hr Max MOI : Phone/Skype Visa : Any Candidates MUST have data modeling experience ! 8+ years designing and review of logical and physical data model in SQL and/or PL/SQL 6+ years of hands-on relational, dimensional, and/or analytic experience 6+ years of experience in writing SQL packages/functions/Triggers and Mass data updates and deletes. 3 + year of experience in query optimization and performance tuning. 3+ years of experience in data conversion between multiple systems and experience in data transformation strategies. Provide technical guidance to the application development team, which includes designing, developing, and supporting complex applications. The resource will be involved in collaborating with the business area to ensure the technical design of the application meets the business requirements. The resource will provide technical guidance to the other developers in the department. The programmer will also participate in a variety of analytical assignments for the enhancement, integration, maintenance, and implementation of projects and preparing technology roadmap for the supported applications. Support new and existing development projects with data and process modeling activities. Provide entity, logical and physical data models; Perform database design across multiple platforms; Provide technical guidance to the application development team. Collaborate with stakeholder to ensure application architecture is in alignment with business requirement Excellent knowledge in designing both logical and physical database model in Oracle and SQL server Experience tuning SQL queries, scripts and troubleshoots issues using SQL, PL/SQL scripts Hands on experience Integrating software components into a fully functional software system Experience developing, prototypes, mockup for users review and approval. Exposure to flowcharts, screen layouts and documentation to ensure logical flow of the system requirements Experience working on large agile projects. Fine-tune data model to achieve consistent performance Good knowledge of metadata management, data modeling, and related tools (Erwin or ER Studio or others) required. Best Regards.. ..
