Role: - AI Solutions Engineer Location: - Remote Job Type: - Long Term Contract Job Description Conversational AI Solutions Engineer We are looking for a strong individual contributor that will be responsible for Conversational AI Solution Engineering for our Cognitive Artificial Intelligence (AI) portfolio of products including voice and chat bots. AI Solutions Engineer with Conversational AI experience. This role is fully remote in EST hours. Key Responsibilities: Create cutting edge solutions for Conversational AI Capabilities / Epics Develop/maintain product blueprints/models, for the conversational AI portfolio Ensure product solutions align and integrate with enterprise solutions, with performance engineering disciplines incorporated Define subsystems and their interfaces, allocate responsibilities to subsystems, understand solution deployment, and communicate requirements for interactions with solution context Work with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers to establish high-level Solution Intent, and the solution intent information models and documentation requirements Identifies opportunities to create reusable components Partner with Product Management and Product Owners to create business value and develop models to guide the architecture and manage standard technical product life cycle. Guides the development of solutions with high complexity and risk with business area implications, with quality output for products and services. Advances capabilities for the enterprise to enable automation/integration across hybrid processing environments (AI, Cloud, API, Web, Micro Services). Researches and proposes technical strategies. Studies and documents architectural frameworks and reference material. Designs and modifies components of new and existing IT systems and vendor offerings to promote integrated corporate business systems. Explores, anticipates and proactively responds to future customer, industry, and IT trends.
