Ability to oversee VMware, Linux, Windows, and Citrix environments, and to keep them current, secure, and available always. Accomplished at building, troubleshooting, and managing Linux operating systems, and Windows 2016/2019 Server. Understanding of networking including WAN/LAN/VLAN/SDWAN, routers (Cisco and Fortinet), and NG firewall technologies with TCPIP, DNS, SAML and SSO, SSL and Certificate Management, VPN connectivity and MFA solutions Aptitude for Active Directory support, creating security groups, accounts, group, and policy management. Strong administration skills, troubleshooting skills and ability to work a problem to completion, including triaging ServiceNow tickets for end-user and support team issues. Required Background: Bachelors degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or masters degree with 0 years relevant experience Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree along with relevant certifications.
