People Technology Experience (PTX) OCM/Training Lead experience Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience developing and deploying OCM work products for stakeholder engagement and end-user adoption critical to project success and measured through metrics and reporting. Minimum 3 years of working knowledge of at least one OCM methodology which includes hands-on development of such deliverables as Stakeholder Analysis, Change Impact Analysis and Communications Assessments. Minimum of 2 previous implementations of ServiceNow HRSD in an OCM capacity Demonstratable skills in enabling and influencing other roles in change management techniques so that they own and execute change management strategies, train, influence, engage and guide senior leaders, managers, and employees how to drive, sustain and/or lead change. Preferred: Experience in successfully leading the design and implementation of Change Management strategies in support of large-scale HCM system deployments (Workday) Experience with Visio, MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow Agile Development or other relevant Project Management tools Keywords: microsoft |
