Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning. Sales Cloud & Service Cloud experience. Lightning Flows: Proficiency in automation and experience with triggers. Salesforce Certifications: Demonstrating commitment to a Salesforce career. Strong troubleshooting skills: Ability to creatively solve problems. Business Understanding: Capable of understanding and working with architects on solutions. Integration Experience: Knowledge of SOAP, REST, and Bulk API for internal and external system integrations. Strong Communication: Excellent communication skills for training and interacting with users in a non-technical manner. Configuration: Lead in configuring and customizing the Salesforce platform to meet business needs. User Management: Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions. Collaborate with DevOps team: Work with DevOps personnel to create and manage data pipelines. Dashboarding & Reporting: Develop Salesforce reports and dashboards for different business units. Automation: Create Lightning Flows and understand trigger mechanisms. Data & Security: Implement and manage data and security models. Collaboration: Work closely with developers, the internal team, business units, and the SI partner. Custom Screens: Build custom screens for various business units. Documentation: Create technical documentation. Testing: Assist with testing and understand how solutions work. This role does not involve coding but requires close collaboration with developers.
