State experience Preferred Full Job Description The NC Department of Health and Human Services seeks a Senior Curam Application Development contract resource to provide technical leadership to all stages of software development, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. This role will provide technical leadership and serve as the senior resource for the development team and work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system rollouts and enhancements for the Child Welfare Services program by identifying and assessing complex business need that require in-depth evaluation to create solutions for implementation by the team. Duties include but are not limited to leading requirement gathering, Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, fit gap analysis sessions, functional and detailed design, code development, and life cycle management of Child Welfare services program features. Areas of focus will include business and workflow process modeling, and business reengineering using Cram. These activities will involve the use of COTS Cram Enterprise Framework Components, Cram Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG2), Cram Express Rules for Triage (CERT), use of XML technology in Cram, Cram Evidence Framework, Oracle, Subversion/Bitbucket, and WebSphere. Responsibilities also include implementing Agile software development and testing approaches for entire Service Delivery Lifecycle and deployment to ensure code base is efficient, maintainable, and adhering to DHHS/NC FAST policies and procedures. This resource will have significant delivery responsibilities and will act as the point of contact on site for development-related questions and issues that arise. This resource will work closely with Product owners on design and development of new features and application enhancement and act in the role of senior technical Curam developer. Best Regards.. ..
