Team executes daily execution monthly processing etc. Team uses Unix/Linux Servers, Oracle Database, Autosys, SQL and some AWS Migrating apps to AWS, hence knowledge of AWS is good to have Majority things are on-prem cloud Will be supporting issues, troubleshooting, maintenance, resolving tickets, investigating incidents, Root Cause Analysis, triaging, etc. If the issue is repetitive, they check the scripts if it can be resolved with automation.
