Consider technology platforms and architecture in design approaches, while applying human-centered design techniques. Engage in generative design research and translate user/customer needs into innovative design concepts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitating working sessions, brainstorming design reviews, and collaborative design meetings. Document design language and user interface design for clear communication. Technical Specialist Career Stream: This role is part of our technical functions and serves as an individual contributor. Responsibilities include advancing existing technology or introducing new technology and therapies. The role involves formulating, delivering, and managing projects, working with various stakeholders to achieve desired results. The incumbent may act as a mentor to colleagues or direct the work of other professionals. The majority of time is spent delivering research and development (R& D) systems or initiatives related to new technologies or therapies, from design to implementation, while adhering to policies using specialized knowledge and skills. Differentiating Factors: Autonomy: This is a seasoned individual contributor who works independently under limited supervision to determine and develop approaches to solutions. They may coach and review the work of lower-level specialists and manage projects or processes.
