Design and develop BI and analytics solutions that provide insights to improve decision-making. Will be responsible for Power BI development, building data models and transforming data for Business Intelligence. Minimum Position Qualifications At least 3 years of experience designing and developing reports in Power BI Experience visualizing data in Power BI Desktop Solid understanding of data modeling concepts Knowledge of DAX and Power Query Strong SQL skills Knowledge of Microsoft BI Stack Experience with data analytics Ability to interact well in a team environment. Key Responsibilities Design and Develop BI reports for providing insights to improve decision-making. Developing visual reports, scorecards and dashboards using Power BI desktop Connecting data sources, importing data, and transforming data for Business Intelligence Analytical thinking for translating data into informative reports and visuals. Work with cross-functional teams to gather and document reporting requirements. Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to implement the required reports, created from potentially multiple data sources. Champion company standards and best practices. Work to continuously improve software delivery processes and practices. Build partnerships across the application, business, and infrastructure teams. Excellent communication skills. Must be able to discuss requirements effectively with teams and stakeholders. Submit estimates and work plans as appropriate for design, development, implementation, and rollout tasks. Create technical system documentation and ensure that this documentation remains current. Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of developed reports for both external and internal users. Ensure proper configuration management and change controls are implemented. Note to Vendors No prescreening. The Power BI Developer will be added to the Fresh Quality Reporting team. This role will be initially taking up reporting required for Fresh Vision. The role will also be taking up additional report creation and modification being requested from the Fresh Quality Reporting team. Associate Technology pillar.
