There are 2 people on the team, but the job is more about managing workloads and vendors. They will not be doing reviews or management of the two people, but the position could morph into that over time. They work DocuSign and Logic Manager Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution Strong Technical knowledge of Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance technologies. Qualifications: 3+ years of previous experience in an Application Support/Functional Consultant role. Experience with API based implementation and system integrations. Experience with Scale Agile Framework delivery methodology Job Description: In this role, you will be the primary technology lead for the HR department. Work with the Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance Leadership and IT to design our technology roadmap to fit the needs of the function, accomplish the Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance strategy, and continuously improve efficiencies. Leverage system tools to develop efficiency within departmental processes. Responsible for planning, managing, and successfully implementing new Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance technology initiatives or upgrades that impact Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance applications. Analyze, define, and document system requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environment, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks and controls, and outputs. Analyze and estimate feasibility, time, compatibility with other systems, and computer capabilities. Analyze, assist installs, and test upgrades of internally/externally developed application programs. Develop and maintain plans outlining steps and timetables for developing, testing, and installing applications. Design and code screen layouts, graphical user interfaces, printed outputs, and interfaces with other systems. Demonstrate expertise in one or many programming languages. Write and maintain functional and technical specifications. Convert designs and specifications into computer code. Write and maintain documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, testing, changes, and corrections. Write documentation or review documentation written by others which describes installation and operating procedures. Create test scenarios and run tests to find errors and confirm program meets specifications. Analyze codes to find causes of errors and revise programs. Consult with clients to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs to attain client approval. Analyze, assist installs, and test upgrades of internally/externally developed application programs. Provide technical assistance by responding to inquiries regarding errors, problems, or questions with the program. Train end users or technical support staff to use programs. Monitor the performance of programs after implementation.
