Your primary role is to assist the team's successful delivery of working solutions within an ART through the understanding and application of Lean-Agile/SAFe values, principles, and practices. In your role as guide and coach, you will facilitate all team ceremonies including Program Increment (PI) Planning. Through the consistent use of tools and methodologies, you help the team monitor their key metrics with the intent of continuous improvement. You'll collaborate with the Product Owner and other ART partners to coordinate inter-team dependencies as well as help identify, call out, and resolve impediments.
