We are looking for a Fusion Cloud Cutover Lead who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the cutover activities for a Fusion Cloud implementation project. You will work closely with the project manager, the functional and technical teams, the client, and the Oracle support team to ensure a smooth and successful transition from the legacy system to the Fusion Cloud system.

What youll do:

Define the cutover strategy, scope, timeline, and milestones for the project.

Develop and maintain the cutover plan, checklist, and schedule, and track the progress and status of the cutover tasks.

Identify and mitigate the risks and issues related to the cutover process and escalate them as needed.

Coordinate and communicate with the project stakeholders, the client, and the Oracle support team on the cutover activities and expectations.

Lead and facilitate the cutover rehearsals, validations, and signoffs, and ensure the quality and accuracy of the data and configuration in the Fusion Cloud system.

Manage the cutover execution, monitor the system performance, and resolve any technical or functional problems during the cutover window.

Provide post-cutover support and troubleshooting and ensure the stability and availability of the Fusion Cloud system..

What you need to have:

Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field.

At least 15+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects, preferably in a cutover lead or manager role.

Strong knowledge of the Fusion Cloud modules, architecture, data migration, integration, and security.

Proficient in using Oracle tools and methodologies, such as Oracle Cloud Application Services (CAS), Oracle Unified Method (OUM), and Oracle Cloud Customer Connect.

Excellent project management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.             

Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required by the project.

We are looking for an Oracle Cloud FCCS Reporting & Integration Lead who will triage and validate all the configurations related to FCC system, drive the integration with EPM, validate and reconcile GL data, monitor consolidations, and work closely with AST team to make sure all the deliverables are complete on time.

Will collaborate and work closely with the Clients IT team to understand the configurations and transition the knowledge proactively in parallel to be self-sufficient.

What youll do:

Triage and validate all the configurations related to FCCS system, such as dimensions, hierarchies, rules, forms, journals, and intercompany eliminations.

Drive the integration with EPM and develop and implement the integration strategy and architecture for FCCS using Oracle Cloud Application Services (CAS), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite, and other Oracle or third-party tools and technologies.

Validate and reconcile GL data, and manage and monitor the data loading, mapping, validation, and reconciliation processes for FCCS using Data Management and other data integration tools.

Monitor consolidations and ensure the quality and accuracy of the data and configuration in the FCCS system.

Work closely with AST team to make sure all the deliverables are complete on time and provide functional and technical guidance and best practices for reporting and integration for FCCS, using Oracle Unified Method (OUM), Oracle Cloud Customer Connect, and other Oracle or industry standards and methodologies.

Collaborate and work closely with the Clients IT team to understand the configurations and transition the knowledge proactively in parallel to be self-sufficient.

Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or functional issues related to reporting and integration for FCCS, and ensure the performance, security, and reliability of the FCCS system.

Provide post-go-live support and maintenance for reporting and integration for FCCS and handle any change requests or enhancements.

What you need to have:

Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field.

At least 15
years of experience in Oracle Cloud FCCS implementation projects, preferably in a reporting and integration lead or manager role.

Strong knowledge of the FCCS modules, applications, and technologies related to reporting and integration, such as Financial Reporting, Smart View, CAS, OIC, SOA Suite, Data Management, and Oracle Database Cloud.

Proficient in using Oracle tools and technologies for reporting and integration design, development, testing, and deployment, such as Financial Reporting Studio, Smart View, CAS, OIC, SOA Suite, Data Management, SQL, PL/SQL, Java, JavaScript, and REST APIs.

Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required by the project.
