This position is responsible for driving project delivery execution for Claims Product lines, key projects and program. . This position is responsible for end-to-end delivery of portfolio programs and projects to ensure successful execution and alignment with business needs; ensuring program and project performance metrics are met to deliver key business value; providing technical insight to assist with troubleshooting of delivery issues, through effective facilitation of requirement analysis, architecture development, business analysis, business process solutioning, and logical design; optimizing delivery of all programs and projects by ensuring coordination with various downstream teams (other portfolios and the Center); overseeing monitoring of key performance indicators for all projects and enhancements, facilitating delivery status transparency to business stakeholders; overseeing tracking, managing, and reporting on portfolio status against action items, milestones, critical path / dependencies, issues, risks, value delivery, and mitigation strategies for projects.
