Salesforce CPQ Certification. SUMMARY: A successful candidate will have strong technical and data management skills as well as a good understanding of data structure and business processes. Salesforce Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified. Salesforce CPQ Certification. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality. Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude. Resolving user support tickets as they related to configuration of Salesforce. Working with the business stakeholders/business systems analysts to administer Salesforce. Support Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration. Integrated applications (sales enablement, marketing, lead forms, etc.) CPQ Configuration (Pricebook Maintenance, creating /updating products) Data imports and data migrations, including mapping configurations and writing SOQL queries using Data Loader. Deploy/Test changes out in lower environments. Work within the release schedules to deploy changes to production. Ability to work in fast paced, dynamic environment, meet changing deadlines and priorities on multiple simultaneous projects; A resource that will take ownership over the tickets assigned to them and drive them to completion. Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
