An ideal candidate will be someone who has worked as Deployment specialist or Power User for HR department on Payroll Operations functions for S/4HANA Deployment. Function Specific Activities/Key Responsibilities: Understanding of STP (Source to Pay) processes , Business Partner Management, procurement, accounts payables Knowledge of processes such as Consumption based Planning, Purchasing, Goods receipts and Issues and Invoices Deep understanding of transactions such as Planned order conversion to PR, Purchase requisitions, Release strategy and approvals, Purchase orders and approvals, Pricing procedures, Scheduling Agreements, Goods receipt and Invoice. Good understanding of Master data such as Material Master, Business Partners and Purchasing Info records. The role will participate and lead testing, training, and implementation at Corporate Business Unit facilities for their process area. The role will work with the change management team on the deployment and training to the Corporate Organization. The lead will have experience and expertise in and understanding ERP or MES Deployment. (e.g., SAP, Panther, Kiwi, or Radius) The role will deploy the respective solution of their process area comprising of fully integrated SAP systems and business process across the Source to Pay networks. This works includes testing, training, deployment, and hyper care supporting all Corporate and related operations. This role will be responsible for testing and training activities across workstreams. Job Requirements: Functional Skills and Knowledge: The role will require Procurement expertise in one or more of the functional workstreams, understanding of Procurement and Businesss processes and personnel, appropriate communication skills, and the ability to lead highly complex and cross-functional initiatives. Experience with a full life cycle ERP or Procurement Process Implementation Complex program management / implementation, influencing and communication skills.
