The ideal candidate will have an operational mindset and is passionate about product development. They are willing to learn, have a positive attitude, and take ownership as needed. This candidate will collaborate and work closely with a team of 4 engineers and report to the Lead Software Engineer. The day to day of this role consists of 80% coding and will think from the user perspective while utilizing their technical skills to make suggestions and improvements.
