Job Description: Strong knowledge of Windows deployment and troubleshooting. Troubleshooting M365 issues, networking, management of printers. Create policy sets in Intune to install applications, Autopilot process. Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks (e.g., ITIL). Identify and register incidents, gathering the required information and reporting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with users, team members, and vendors. Ability to support remote users over phone and screenshare.
