Please find the job description below: Job Title: INCIDENT MANAGER *Onsite Day 1: Hybrid 3 days weekly in candidate's office choice (Houston, TX / Plano, TX / Chicago, IL)* Job Summary: As a production support, patient support to our customer support teams Create and manage production incidents in collaboration with support and onboarding teams escalate issues based on customer impact Work closely with product and engineering to resolve customer issues Participate in critical incident response calls and servers and escalation point for customer support cases new line carefully evaluate alternate risks and solutions before taking action to provide timely resolution Follow up on root cause analysis to identify the underlying problems and device strategic solutions Developing and maintaining long lasting collaborative relationships with stakeholders Actively respond to service request from client facing support teams, operations, risk control partners, etc Plan, incident management and technical call facilitation and communications during critical outage situations Experience: 10+ years Required Skills: 1. Incident Management Production Support 2. Java 3.
