Take ownership of project and program governance, ensuring that they adhere to Best practices and align with the organization's strategic objectives. Define and maintain governance frameworks, policies, and procedures for data analytics projects. Regularly assess project and program risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Review and assist in comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation. Monitor and control project progress, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets Collaborate with stakeholders to define program priorities, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success criteria. Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment with program goals. Maintain open and transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project and program status.
