Position: Project Manager With Data analytics 12+ years Location: NJ (Remote) Duration: 12+ Month Overall 16+ must have. Responsibilities: Program Governance Lead, oversee, and manage data integration and data analytics projects throughout their lifecycle, from initiation to closure. Take ownership of project and program governance, ensuring that they adhere to Best practices and align with the organization's strategic objectives. Define and maintain governance frameworks, policies, and procedures for data analytics projects. Regularly assess project and program risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Review and assist in comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation. Monitor and control project progress, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets Collaborate with stakeholders to define program priorities, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success criteria. Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment with program goals. Maintain open and transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project and program status. Data Architect Assist in Design and implement robust and scalable data architectures that support the organization's data analytics objectives. Govern data modeling, database design, and ETL processes to ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency. Collaborate with Architects and analysts to optimize data structures and enhance overall system performance. Must have experienced in Data Platform Modernization Skills Required Total IT experience 16 to 20 years in IT industry Relevant experience in Data and Analytics 12 to 15 years Preferrable worked on Data Platforms like GCP, AWS and Azure in last 5 years Proven experience as a Data Architect and Project Manager in data analytics. Strong expertise in data modelling, database design, and ETL processes. Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
