Evaluate, select, and deploy appropriate ITOM tools and technologies, such as monitoring systems, event management platforms, service desk software, and configuration management databases (CMDBs). Configure and maintain monitoring systems to track the performance, availability, and health of IT infrastructure, applications, and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve IT incidents and problems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Participate in change management processes, ensuring that changes to IT systems are planned, tested, and implemented smoothly. Maintain the configuration management database (CMDB) and ensure accurate tracking of configuration items and their relationships. Drive automation initiatives to streamline IT operations processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance efficiency. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including technical and non-technical team members, to gather requirements and provide updates on ITOM initiatives. Stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and advancements in ITOM through continuous learning and professional development. Qualifications and Skills: 5+ years of proven experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing ITOM processes and practices. 5+ years of ServiceNow experience Strong knowledge of ITOM tools and technologies, such as monitoring systems, event management platforms, service desk software, and CMDBs. Solid understanding of incident management, problem management, change management, and configuration management principles. Experience with performance monitoring, analysis, and optimization of IT infrastructure, applications, and services. Able to interact and build relationships with C-level executives.
